The Artsy Group chose their challenge for the 2025 quilt show at their January 2024 meeting. After a brainstorming session, it was decided to do a second round of the “Recipe Challenge.” Each person’s quilt will be made from a unique recipe, with one ingredient from each of the following categories:
- fabric
- block
- color
- thread
- technique
- embellishment
- and ZINGER!
You may add any other elements to your quilt that you wish to – as long as you also include the items assigned.
A size target was set at no more than 100 inches in perimeter (distance around your quilted project).
We have been asked to bring your progress to the September meeting of the Artsy Group to get feedback and to share “your secret recipe” with the group!
