Joint Quilt Show

“Art Feeds the Soul” is the name of our first joint quilt show, which we co-hosted with another local guild in Alamance County. If you missed attending the event in person, you can still view photos of all the quilts. Click here for quilt show photos.

special webpage was our primary advertisement. The event was open to the public during March 9-12, 2022, in the fellowship hall of a church in downtown Elon, NC. 111 beautiful quilts “fed the souls” of over 600 visitors during the four days!

Charitable Connection

With help from the community, WE RAISED OVER $1300 to feed local families in need! How did we do it? To go along with the “nourishment” theme of “Art Feeds the Soul,” we asked guests to bring a donation of a non-perishable food item for our local food pantry (administered by the Salvation Army of Alamance County). YOU DONATED OVER 900 POUNDS OF FOOD! There was also an online quilt auction, and all proceeds went to the food pantry. The auction quilt was made by loving hands of many members of the Alamance Piecemakers guild.

We are excited to share that “Our State Magazine” included a blurb in their March issue to promote our event!

Over 100 beautiful quilts will surely “feed your soul” (and who doesn’t need that these days?). Don’t miss the quilt show!
